Week 1

So week one is coming to a close on my new diet. So far it's not been too bad. Monday was rough, I really don't like chicken so, ya that was a problem. I've been doing my best to stick to it, however I was given permission to try and work some of my foods into it. The work outs are brutal, but they are supposed to make me get in shape. Next week I'm going to try to update more often, but tomorrow I will post my new weight and my total lost.
